'Community willingness towards a hypothetical new TB vaccine: a qualitative study to explore the enablers and barriers for vaccine acceptability in Nepal' - An OUCRU Nepal - BNMT Nepal collaborative initiative!
The study showed the following:
- People in Nepal show a positive attitude towards a future TB vaccine.
- Trust in the health system and positive vaccination experiences encourage acceptance.
- Knowledge gaps, safety concerns, lost income, and access barriers may limit uptake.
- Clear communication, equitable access, and strong service delivery will be essential for successful vaccine rollout
